Job Description:

Vertu Ford West Bromwich has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor. We are offering a £32,315.40 basic salary plus company benefits. The Service Advisor acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Setting customer expectations
  • Keeping in touch with customers throughout service or repair of their vehicle
  • Up selling additional products
  • Follow-up with customer to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous customer facing service experience
  • Customer focus
  • Relationship maintenance
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines
