Job Description

As a Service Advisor, you’ll play an essential role in the success of our service department.

Job Responsibility

  • Being the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, providing accurate estimates, and keeping clients informed about the progress of their vehicle service
  • Maintaining accurate records of service appointments, repairs, and customer interactions
  • Identifying and recommending additional services or products where appropriate, enhancing the customer experience while achieving sales targets
  • Working closely with the workshop and other departments to ensure services are completed on time and to the highest standard

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry is highly desirable
  • Outstanding communication skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • A clean driving record is essential for the role
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry, combined with a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering results
  • A collaborative attitude with the ability to work closely with colleagues in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and suggest suitable solutions quickly and efficiently
