We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our friendly and established team at Vertu Vauxhall Crewe. If you’re looking to build your career with one of the UK’s largest motor retail groups, this could be a great next step. This role offers a stable Monday–Friday working pattern with no weekend work. As a Service Advisor, you’ll play an important part in creating a positive and smooth experience for every customer. You’ll be the connection between our customers and our workshop team, supporting each person with clear communication, empathy, and consistency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Setting clear expectations and guiding customers through each stage of their vehicle’s service or repair
  • Giving regular updates in a communication style that works best for the customer
  • Identifying products or services that could be helpful to the customer
  • Following up after work is completed to ensure customers feel informed and supported

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry
  • Able to communicate clearly and supportively with a wide range of people
  • Confident using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
