Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the service office, providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, liaising with technicians, processing time sheets, raising job cards and invoices, all while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibility:

Efficiently managing the service office and driving its profitability
Building strong relationships with customers and keeping them updated on their service progress
Liaising directly with the skilled technicians for timely updates
Regularly processing time sheets to ensure smooth operations
Raising job cards and invoices

Requirements:

A keen eye for detail and accuracy, especially when handling cash
Previous experience in a service department
A commitment to providing superior customer service with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Flexibility to work within both an office and workshop environment, showcasing your teamwork spirit
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
A self-motivated attitude, confidence, and initiative
