Job Responsibility

Managing customer bookings and service requirements
Keeping customers updated throughout their motorcycle's service or repair
Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (essential)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks
A proactive approach and the ability to meet targets
