As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role within the dealership and be at the heart of our customer journey. More than simply providing a service, you'll build trusted, long-lasting relationships, acting as the key link between our customers and the workshop team. Your focus will be on ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and leaves feeling confident and valued.
Job Responsibility:
Welcoming customers
Setting clear expectations
Keeping customers informed throughout the service or repair process
Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services where appropriate
Following up after completion to ensure total satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous customer-facing experience
Confident communicator with a strong customer focus
Able to build rapport and manage relationships in a fast-paced environment
Able to work to targets and deadlines
Previous experience as a Service Advisor would be advantageous but not essential
Nice to have:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor
