Service Advisor

• Assist Service Department by promoting accurate and productive workshop throughputs
• Help meet department's financial and non-financial targets
• Maintain customer contact system
• Process warranty claims fairly and quickly

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the Motor Industry
• Ability to take ownership of role with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and find innovative solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to accurately use computerized systems
• Ability to deliver highest levels of customer service to external customers and internal Service Department
• Passion for the luxury industry and ability to recognise excellence
• Good knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with
• Confident and proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Up to date knowledge of Service/Warranty Procedures
