Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our clients industry leading team who are based in Swanley! In this temporary full-time position, you will be instrumental in ensuring services run smoothly and efficiently, all while providing exceptional customer support.

Job Responsibility

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians
  • Monitor service calls to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and file reports on service activities and customer feedback
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries and scheduling
  • Track inventory levels of parts and supplies
  • Coordinate with suppliers to order necessary materials and equipment
  • Prepare invoices for services rendered and assist with billing inquiries
  • Collaborate with technical staff to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all service operations
  • Assist in training technicians on safety protocols and best practises
