Job Description:

As we expand our internal service ecosystem beyond Salesforce and Business Central into custom-built microservices, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our Product & Engineering team. In this role, you’ll ensure data accuracy across our internal systems, maintain integrations with partners and core platforms, and support key business processes such as customer and contract management. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers as well as with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain and improve the operational backbone of our business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administer and maintain business-critical data, including customer records, contracts, and process information across internal systems
  • Ensure seamless integration and synchronization between Salesforce, Business Central, and custom-built microservices
  • Monitor and validate data flows, identify discrepancies, and coordinate fixes with engineering and product teams
  • Support external partners directly, manage access, resolve issues, and track feedback
  • Create and follow up on bug reports or improvement requests based on partner and stakeholder input
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to define admin processes and data workflows
  • Contribute to the design of admin tools, dashboards, or lightweight frontends for better data visibility and control
  • Champion best practices for data quality, operational excellence, and process scalability

Requirements:

  • Experience in system administration, data operations, or integration management in a multi-system environment (Salesforce, ERP, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of data flows, APIs, and integrations
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • A proactive mindset
  • Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, or basic scripting for data validation or analysis
What we offer:
  • Work 4 days a week from our office (Berlin/Mainz) and 1 day a week from home
  • Regularly join on- and offline team events, company off-sites, and the annual audibene Wandertag
  • Cost of the Deutschland-Ticket covered
  • Access to over 50,000 gyms and wellness facilities through Urban Sports Club
  • Personal development with a wide range of programs, trainings, and coaching opportunities
  • Dog-friendly office
