Job Responsibility:

Job Allocation & Workflow: Triage jobs, manage escalations, monitor PPM/Extra Works, ensure RAMS compliance
System Management: Update job statuses and purchase orders in Clik
Quotation Management: Prepare, submit, and chase quotes
coordinate amendments
Portal Management: Oversee job progression across client portals and MCAP tasks
Reporting & Compliance: Weekly KPI reporting
maintain contractual and H&S compliance
Financial Administration: Resolve invoice queries with finance and operations teams

Requirements:

Proven experience in Customer Service/Administration or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer satisfaction is key
A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering innovative solutions
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
