Job Description:

Service Administrator to work with Rolls Royce, Cranbourne House, Potters Bar. The right candidate will have the organisational skills, efficiency and knowledge required for working with the Service Department to the benefit of the department and dealership, plus an ability to maintain and improve personal product and technical knowledge are key attributes of our ideal candidate.

Job Responsibility:

Assist Dealership Managers and Service/Warranty Advisors
Implement and control processes regarding Warranty, Customer Follow Up, Manufacturer’s Aftersales policies and Dealership Administration programmes
Maintain the customer contact system
Ensure warranty claims are processed fairly and as quickly as possible

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and find innovative solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to accurately use computerized systems
Ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service
Passion for the luxury industry
Good knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with
Confidence and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Up to date knowledge of Service/Warranty Procedures
