Service Administrator

• Service work undertaken on the vehicle meets brand requirements
• Submission of all invoiced jobs
• Calling customers and helping with queries
• Assisting the accounts department with the service payments
• Maintaining professional and positive working relationships with all dealership and manufacture managers and colleagues
• Assisting in the effective administration of the Service Department
• Updating estimated costs of repairs by following the vehicle health check process
• Preparing all jobs for invoicing
• Processing Warranty claims
• Assisting Service advisors with administration duties as and when required

Experience as a Service Administrator within the motor trade
