We're working with a leading company in Rotherham who are looking for a dedicated Service Administrator to join their team. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the Service Department, providing essential administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth operations.
Job Responsibility:
Delegate work to field engineers and manage scheduling
Liaise with customers to provide service updates and progress reports
Manage the service inbox and respond promptly to queries
Diary management and coordination for field engineers
General administrative tasks to support the service team
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration or customer service
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
