We are seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our clients industry leading team based in Swanley. In this temporary full-time position, you will be instrumental in ensuring services run smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional customer support.
Job Responsibility:
Schedule and dispatch technicians
monitor service calls to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
maintain accurate records
prepare and file reports on service activities and customer feedback
serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries and scheduling
track inventory levels of parts and supplies
coordinate with suppliers to order necessary materials and equipment
prepare invoices for services rendered and assist with billing inquiries
collaborate with technical staff to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all service operations
assist in training technicians on safety protocols and best practices
Requirements:
A proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
experience in service administration or a related field is a plus, but a willingness to learn is key
