Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Service Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an industry leading company in Aylesford. Temporary contract for approximately 4 months with the potential for a permanent role. Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon - Thurs, 8.30am - 4.00pm Friday (1 hour lunch). Location: Aylesford (Fully office based).

Job Responsibility:

Handle customer relationship management, ensuring excellent service and communication
Coordinate emergency call-outs and maintenance requests
Oversee a high level of jobs from start to finish
Manage billing processes accurately and efficiently
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep accounts up to date

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Customer Service/Administration role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer satisfaction is key
A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering innovative solutions
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
