As a Service Administrator, you will be the backbone of the Service Team, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding communication with clients and suppliers. Your contributions will directly enhance the efficiency of the service department, making a positive impact on their clients' experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Client and Supplier Communication: answering calls, completing service RAMS, sending invoices, completing supplier forms, updating records, arranging permits for site visits and general day-to-day operations
Accreditations and Certifications: ensure all documents are completed
Record Keeping: assist with service quotations and obtain accurate records
Fleet Management: keep track of service & MOT's, vehicle costs and lease renewals
General Office Administration
