Job Responsibility:
Deliver friendly, attentive, and upbeat service in a high-volume environment
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Make knowledgeable recommendations and upsell when appropriate
Maintain a clean, organized section and follow all service standards
Work closely with bartenders, runners, and managers to keep the vibe flowing
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Create memorable guest experiences — rain or shine
Requirements:
Two years of server experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar setting
Food Handler Certification, or the ability to get it
Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (such as TIPS or SERV Safe)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Passion for hospitality and delivering legendary service
