Job Description:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests at Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains. Maintain service standards, communicate with kitchen staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and perform various physical tasks throughout the shift.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to type of event and service standards
Answer questions on menu selections
Communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions and special requests
Record transactions in MICROS system
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Complete closing duties
Process guest payments

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
