Requirements

Two (2) to three (3) years of experience as a server, Fining Dining experience preferred
Food handling certificate where applicable
Certificate in alcoholic awareness program where applicable
Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees
Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages and 21 to pour

Job Responsibility

Engages with residents and guests to provide a memorable dining experience by taking food and beverage orders, retrieving and serving food & beverages according to service standards, courteously and efficiently
Collects payments when necessary
Assists in the appearance and maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment
Provide a high level of customer service at all times
Anticipate resident’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
Maintain complete knowledge of restaurant(s) operations, proper table set -up and dress code
Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director and/or General Manager to keep residents satisfied
Set tables in accordance to Coterie standards
Serve residents and guests meals and beverages as requested
Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations
