Job Description:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests at Lampung Marriott Resort & Spa. Maintain service standards, communicate with kitchen staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and perform various physical tasks throughout the shift.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to type of event and service standards
Answer questions on menu selections
Communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
Record transactions in MICROS system
Check guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Complete closing duties
Process payment

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Nice to have:

No supervisory experience required
License or certification not required
