Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
  • Serve food and beverages to guests and provide menu recommendations
  • Share detailed knowledge of the menu to assist guests with questions and special requests
  • Accurately and timely process transactions using the MICROS point-of-sale system
  • Approach guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and drink
  • Clean tables, complete closing tasks, and restock dinnerware and supplies

Requirements:

  • Prior restaurant or bar experience preferred
  • Must have open availability especially on weekends
  • Ability to work evening shifts
  • Capability to move and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods
  • Maintain a professional appearance with clean uniform
  • Complete safety training and certification before employment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of related work experience preferred
  • Good conversational skills
  • Positive attitude and extroverted personality
  • Prior experience as a server is a strong advantage
