The ideal candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish.
Job Responsibility:
Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Process payments (cash, card, mobile) and issue receipts
Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant standards
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Upsell menu items and promote daily specials or promotions
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position
A minimum of three (3) years working in a Food & Beverage position
Two (2) + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment
Knowledge in Micros system
Understand and familiar with quality standards and service standards of the hotel
Highest level of integrity and transparency
Apply an ethical approach to the outcome of situations
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Reasonable problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
