Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Server who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional quality and service to guests
Demonstrate passion for guest service and hospitality
Provide an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards
Be knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specials
Advise guests on dietary restrictions and preferences
Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences
Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests
Greet and seat guests when the hostess is unavailable
Take reservations
Use the Micros Operating System
Requirements:
Legal work authorization in United States
Required to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Ability to push/pull as needed during shifts
Weekend and Holiday availability required
Possess advanced knowledge of wine and food
