Job Description:

The role involves serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to quality and safety standards. Applicants should possess physical endurance and professional demeanor while working in a dynamic team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
set tables according to type of event and service standards
answer questions on menu selections
communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability
record transactions in MICROS system
check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages
maintain cleanliness of work areas
complete closing duties like restocking and turning off lights
present check to guest and process payment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
ability to move objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds and in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
ability to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time
ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces including up and down stairs and service ramps
adherence to company safety policies and procedures
professional personal appearance.
