Server

The Dinex Group, restaurant group of internationally acclaimed Chef Daniel Boulud, is looking for a Server for our Downtown NYC restaurant. The ideal candidate should have in depth knowledge of French cuisine, wine and service standards and must be passionate and be able to work efficiently in a high volume, team environment. The Server is responsible for a specific station and should always be present on the floor to make sure that service runs smoothly. As the main point of contact and ambassador, the server will guide guests through their meal in a warm, accommodating, and professional demeanor. The Server must have the ability to lead their team, and control the pace and flow of all tables in their station. 2+ Years fine dining experience in a similar restaurant or major city required.
