Key Responsibilities: Guest Interaction: Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival. Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions. Make recommendations based on guests' preferences. Order Taking: Accurately take food and drink orders using Toast POS system. Communicate special requests and dietary restrictions to the kitchen and bar staff. Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional items when appropriate. Team Collaboration: Assist other servers and staff during busy periods. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all restaurant policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of POS systems, preferably has worked with Toast. Basic math skills for handling payments and making change. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Desired Attributes: Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
