Job Responsibility:
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to event type and service standards
Answer questions on menu selections
Communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, product availability
Communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, special requests to kitchen
Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order
Check with guests to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass
Complete closing duties including restocking, turning off lights
Present check and process payment
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to follow company and safety policies
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Complete safety training
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
