• Ensure that all guests and team members feel genuinely welcomed and fundamentally honored
• Be an advocate of all internal policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs
• Help monitor and achieve company objectives in sales, service standards, and quality
• Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests

• One year of dining room experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant
• Strong beverage knowledge and beverage preferred but not required
• Proven track record of dependability and a passion for hospitality
