The Server provides exceptional quality and service to Jean-Georges guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Job Responsibility
Anticipate guest needs, make thoughtful recommendations, and respond promptly to requests and concerns
Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in accordance with service standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, including clearing and resetting as needed
Collaborate with culinary and restaurant teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and take appropriate action to resolve concerns
Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
Requirements
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with an outgoing, can-do attitude
Clear and professional verbal communication skills
High level of understanding and knowledge of food and beverage
wine knowledge is a plus
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Previous restaurant or luxury hospitality experience preferred
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
