Reporting to Culinary Supervisor and Executive Chefs, the Server position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in their assigned area. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. Job Responsibility:
Ability to interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction
Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations
Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food
Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverages, and retail outlets within the stadium
Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies
Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training
Complete other duties as assigned by management
Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
Requirements:
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
Must be able to read, speak and write English Language to communicate with guests
Ability to lift and transport items that weigh 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium and catering events
Must have enough mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast-paced high-end club, or restaurant
High school diploma or equivalent
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events
Strong attention to detail
Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes
Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player
