• Offer prompt, precise, and personable service, taking care to understand and cater to guest preferences
• Engage guests with descriptive details about menu items, including their origins, flavors, and preparation techniques
• Use the hotel’s point-of-sale system efficiently, ensuring harmony between the kitchen's output and the guest's request
• Anticipate guests’ needs, ensure their satisfaction, and address any concerns with utmost urgency
• Handle guest payments meticulously, managing cash, credit cards, voided checks, and complimentary items
• Uphold Four Seasons' service standards in all interactions
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene, maintaining a sanitized work environment
• Monitor equipment and storage temperatures, ensuring optimal functionality
• Stock essential products and customer stations
• Address customer feedback with tact and liaise with management when needed
• Reflect the professional standards of Four Seasons in all behaviors and interactions
• Foster harmonious relationships with colleagues

• Minimum 1 to 2 years as a server
• Work experience in luxury Food & Beverage setting is a plus
• Must have open availability/flexible schedule – Weekends, Evenings and holidays
• Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
