Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
set tables according to event and service standards
communicate with the kitchen regarding meal requirements and wait times
process transactions using the MICROS system
ensure cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, and utensils
perform closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights
maintain professional appearance
adhere to company policies and safety standards
provide excellent customer service to guests
support team goals and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds independently and over 50 pounds with assistance
ability to communicate clearly and professionally
ability to follow company safety, security, and professional standards.
