Job Responsibility:

  • Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and high-level service to all guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience
  • Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including food, wine, and beverage offerings
  • Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations
  • Maintain a warm, engaging, and professional presence on the floor
  • Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service
  • Accurately take and input orders, ensuring timing and delivery standards are met
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and stations
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to all requests
  • Uphold Altamarea Group service standards and hospitality values
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and urgency

Requirements:

  • Open availability and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment preferred
  • Strong passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
