Server

• Self-motivated, detailed oriented and reliable
• Knowledge of proper table service with the ability to suggest food and beverages to customers
• Maintains an organized and clean area that they are working at
• Ability to communicate with guest and staff in a timely manner
• Good knowledge of mixed drinks, wines and liquor brands
• Desire to learn our menu and demonstrate complete understanding of all menu items

• Basic math and good writing skills (For order taking)
• Prior experience working as a server for 1-year minimum in a restaurant setting
• Positive attitude and neat appearance
• Must speak and understand English
• Must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time
• Food Handlers Card/SERV Safe
• TIPS Certified
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a good attitude required
• Positive, customer service-oriented attitude at all times
• Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards
• Work ethic encourages strong urgency and quality in a team environment
• Ability to take direction from manager
• Ability to work with other staff members in the facility
• Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
• Attention to detail
• Computer Skills Basic understanding of computers
• Must be able to work nights, days and weekends, along with some holidays
• Must also be able to do other duties as required

The company will cover the cost of the training and compensate employees for the time spent completing the course
