Job Description:

The F&B Service Expert position at The St. Regis Jakarta focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests while ensuring food and beverage services are seamless from start to finish.

Job Responsibility:

Set tables and event materials
Communicate with the kitchen
Interact and serve guests
Clean work areas and supplies
Follow company policies and procedures
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
Ability to lift, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds

Nice to have:

Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
Knowledge of safety and security policies and procedures
Professional uniform and personal appearance
Ability to communicate using clear and professional language
