Job Description:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests at W Punta de Mita. Set tables, answer menu questions, communicate with kitchen staff, process payments, and maintain cleanliness while providing excellent guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to type of event and service standards
Answer questions on menu selections
Communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
Record transactions in MICROS system
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Complete closing duties including restocking items
Present check to guest and process payment

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to lift objects weighing over 50 pounds with assistance
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Ability to move up and down stairs and service ramps
Ability to reach overhead and below knees
Ability to bend, twist, pull, and stoop
