• Anticipate and personalize each guest’s experience
• Guide guests through menu selections with strong knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens
• Ensure efficient and detail-oriented service through accurate order entry and clear team communication
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas
• Uphold Four Seasons and Forbes Five-Star standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve concerns
• Support teammates and foster a positive, collaborative environment

• Two to three years’ experience working as a Server
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States

Knowledge of MICROS preferred
