Job Description:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests at The Westin Galleria Dallas. Maintain service standards, communicate with kitchen staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and perform closing duties while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to event type and service standards
Answer questions on menu selections
Communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
Record transactions in MICROS system
Check guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Complete closing duties
Process payments
Follow safety and security procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Ability to reach overhead and below knees
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
