Job Responsibility

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs and providing expert menu guidance, including preparation and flavor profiles
Ensure accurate order entry and service using the Point of Sale (POS) system
Coordinate timing of courses and deliver dishes promptly to create a seamless dining experience
Clear and reset tables while supporting team members to maintain a smooth service flow
Build genuine guest connections through attentive, personalized, and above-and-beyond service

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of serving experience in a high-end or upscale dining environment
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Must be fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the United States
Warm, positive, and guest-focused personality with a passion for hospitality
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems (Opera, HotSOS/REX, Mobile App) with training provided
