Job Description

Join the dynamic pre-opening Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a luxury resort built on the pillars of excellence, sustainability, and innovation. As a Waiter, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across various outlets, including In-Room Dining, Pool Bar & Grill, and Specialty Bar & Restaurant. You will be responsible for providing attentive, personalized service while upholding the standards of Four Seasons.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a memorable dining experience through professional and attentive service
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and make informed recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure timely service
  • Maintain cleanliness and setup of the dining area according to brand standards
  • Collaborate with team members to support service flow and outlet operations
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Support special events, private dining, and promotions as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and guest-centric attitude
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
  • Arabic speakers and fluency in English are required
