Job Description:

We are hiring Experienced Servers and Bartenders for our Littleton, CO location. We would like individuals who have a strong desire to be a part of a growing concept and play a significant role in the growth of our concept in the 'Polished Casual' dining category. We need outgoing, hardworking, very hospitable people that have a passion to be Great!

Job Responsibility:

Verify identification and age requirements of customers
Mix traditional and creative cocktails
Process payment from customers
Clean glasses and bar utensils
Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere

Requirements:

Minimum 3 Years of high-volume, polished casual, experience
Must be at least 19 years old (per state law)
Be able to effectively communicate with others
Physical Standards: Must have the ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length
Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Frequent immersion of hands in water every five minutes
Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout entire shift
Possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
Must be able to work unsupervised
Must be available to work between the hours of 10:00 am to 1:00 am
Must have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
Must be able to stand and work for up to 4 hours at a time
Must be able to perform repetitive motion work without the assistance of restraints, braces or other incumbrances that limit range of motion or physical activity
Must be able to lift, move and shelve products and materials weighing up to 50 lbs
Must be able to work in temperatures exceeding 85* for extended periods of time
Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed
Be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Must possess qualities like adaptability, planning, problem solving, teamwork and multi-tasking
Must have above average drink knowledge of spirits, wine & beer and how to prepare cocktails from line-build to garnish
Is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule
