Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age
Excellent communication skills
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to understand, interpret, and input data
Experience with food and beverage point-of-sale a plus
Ability to lift at least 20 pounds unassisted
Ability to perform job functions and assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to work both independently and cohesively as part of a team
Attention to detail and a “go-getter” attitude

Job Responsibility

Stocks the bar daily and maintains organization and cleanliness
Prepares garnishes, fruit mixes, and pre-mixed drinks before opening the bar
Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency
Works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
Attends all staff meetings, including pre-shift sessions and training
Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures
Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisor
Works closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations
Provides excellent food and beverage service to members and guests
Maintains and displays complete and comprehensive knowledge of menus
