Job Description:

Metropolis Resort is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a City Eats server/bartender. Do you thrive in a fast-paced, fun and energetic environment? If so, join our team who creates fun and unforgettable dining moments for our guests! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests at our restaurant, City Eats which is located inside Action City. The hours for this position are flexible with Wednesday-Sunday with weekends being the primary time needed. Hired candidates can expect around 15-20 hours.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and special requests
Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with knowledge and expertise
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar and dining sections
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices
Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring that the restaurant is set up and clean for each shift

Requirements:

Candidates must be at least 18 years old
Knowledge and skills related to customer service and hospitality
