Use your customer service skills to provide guests with a personalized and memorable experience. Your role will be to ensure that the “Gold Standards” of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day.
Job Responsibility:
Take guests food and beverage orders, making recommendations and advising of menu options
Serve food and beverages to the table promptly following appropriate procedures
Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, dietary requirements and special requests
Record transactions using MICROS system
Maintain cleanliness and condition of working area
Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements requested by guest
Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment
Requirements:
Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
Experience working in customer service role preferable
Passion for customer service
