Job Responsibility:

Set up work areas and perform assigned side work duties outlined in the training manual and any other additional work as told by the manager on duty
Help in expediting food from the kitchen making sure what is on the ticket matches what is on the tray and garnishes and sauces are on the plate
Serving the meal making sure that all plates are in front of the correct person
Help in performing table maintenance during the meals (i.e. replenishing waters, clearing plates, clearing trash on tables)
Performs proper clean-up and closing duties as assigned by the closing manager along with what is required in the training manual

Requirements:

6 months restaurant experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Strong communication skills
ability to multi-task and interact professionally with guests and other employees required
Customer service personality
hard work ethic
willing to work cooperatively as part of team required
