Server Assistant

• Assist Servers by providing water, bread service, coffee and tea throughout the meal
• Replace silverware when necessary
• Clear dirty dishes
• Anticipate guests’ needs and communicate with team members
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned
• Set and maintain stations
• Breakdown buffets and displays
• Check stations during service
• Clear tables efficiently and quietly between guests
• Reset tables for specific number of guests
• Ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area
• Offer professional, courteous, and efficient guest service
• Greet each guest promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience required
• High end restaurant experience preferred
• Strong ability to multitask and be in constant communication with the server/bar team
• Good communication skills
• Confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach
• Ability to stand continuously for 8 or more hours a day
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Fluency in English required
• Current work authorization in the United States required
