Server Assistant

• Provide energetic and guest-oriented assistance to Servers
• Assist Servers by providing water, bread service, coffee and tea
• Replace silverware
• Clear dirty dishes
• Anticipate guests’ needs
• Communicate with team members
• Complete opening and closing side work
• Set and maintain stations
• Breakdown buffets and displays
• Check stations during service
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them
• Ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area
• Offer professional, courteous, and efficient guest service
• Greet guests promptly and courteously

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience required
• High end restaurant experience preferred
• Strong ability to multitask
• Good communication skills
• Confident, outgoing personality
• Can-do approach
• Ability to stand continuously for 8 or more hours a day
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Fluency in English
• Current work authorization in the United States
