Server Assistant

• Setting and resetting tables
• Assisting with the delivery of food and beverages
• Promptly clearing and cleaning tables throughout service
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
• Working closely with Servers and other team members to ensure guest needs are met efficiently and with genuine hospitality
• Maintaining a welcoming, professional, and positive environment for every guest
• Having a basic knowledge of the food and beverage menu items
• Providing the set-up and break down of the restaurant tables and/or bar area while maintaining an overall clean environment
• Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure guests have the best experience possible
• Capability to maintain a high level of physical mobility
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required
• Experience in a similar role with a luxury or upscale restaurant is a plus
• 1-2 years preferred
