Job Description:

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Server Assistant at Quattro Restaurant.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assists the server in clearing and resetting the tables according to the restaurant standards
  • Assists the server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
  • Performs side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers and crumbing the tables as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • General food knowledge
  • good personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • flexible with schedule - able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • ability to carry and balance a tray
  • provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
