A leading, highly-ranked Legal 500 firm are looking to expand their specialist Military Injury team. You will join a specialist team representing service personnel and their families who have suffered life-changing injuries or losses as a result of military accidents, working closely with a highly experienced senior solicitor.
Job Responsibility:
Manage your own caseload of military personal injury claims
Assist on high-value and complex cases including noise-induced hearing loss, bullying and harassment claims, and other serious injury matters involving service personnel
Support clients through sensitive and often challenging circumstances with empathy and professionalism
Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of a successful and expanding team
Work both collaboratively and independently, maintaining a proactive and thorough approach to case management
Requirements:
2-8 years’ PQE in personal injury or serious injury work
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
A compassionate approach when supporting clients facing difficult personal situations
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to team success
